Elizabeth Schuttler, MA
Life can bring many twists and turns that are unexpected and hard to process. I understand the importance of a safe place to process the challenges and stresses that create anxiety, depression, and the feeling of being overwhelmed. My passion and goals are to create a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, along with a safe and non-judgmental environment that will allow for growth and discovery for navigating and better understanding life’s twists and turns.
Currently, I am a graduate of the North Park University Master of Psychology Counseling program. Throughout my studies and internship at the Harbour, immediate and stable housing for homeless youth, I learned the importance of developing client relationships and trust through individual counseling and leading group targeted life skills programs. In addition, during my internship, I counseled youth that experienced past and current trauma, loss, and grief.
