As a therapist, I value knowing others' stories. By processing these stories and the relationships and events in our lives we can change the way we relate to our environment and ourselves in helpful ways. A trusting and collaborative relationship can provide the foundation for this work and for healing, strength, and hope. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to develop increased self-awareness, self-compassion, effective coping skills, and management of emotional distress.
I have experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students as well as adults. Some of my areas of interest include body image, disordered eating, and family-of-origin work. Currently, I am completing my training as a therapist at Trinity International University.
