Susan Vanden Bos, LSW
Susan is passionate about helping people see their light and potential, understanding the mind-body connection in a holistic way, and walking with individuals and families as they work to heal their sense of overwhelm, feelings of being stuck, and disconnection. Susan focuses on person-centered therapy, collaborating with clients in their healing journey and acknowledging their strengths. She creates a secure, empathetic space for her clients as they navigate the challenges of their lives. Safety is a key healing component—from anything to processing relationships to trauma.
Susan has more than a decade of experience working with adolescents, kids, and adults in a non-profit setting and has experience in community mental health where she worked with adults navigating issues like anxiety, depression, addiction, and relational conflicts. Susan graduated from the Jane Addams College of Social work at the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master's in Social Work.
